What is SCAP-ECF?

"An innovative public/private partnership between the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce and San Joaquin County Human Services Agency"

SCAP-ECF is federal stimulus funds received to provide additional employer incentives as part of the award-winning Stockton Chamber Apprenticeship Program.  

SCAP-ECF provides pre-screened paid apprentices (up to $12.00 per hour)
with Workers' Compensation  coverage for up to six months exclusively for
employers in San Joaquin.

SCAP-ECF has the ability to fill 150 part and full-time positions throughout
San Joaquin County.
