What is SCAP-SE? SCAP-SE stands for the Stockton Chamber Apprenticeship Program - Subsidized Employment. SCAP-SE is a required activity for all clients who are referred to SCAP-SE by their case manager. If your looking for employment then you have come to the right place.Am I Eligible? To be eligible you must be on CalWORKs and to enter our program you must be referred by your case worker. If you are not referred with a SCAP-SE referral we can not work with you. All you have to do is ask your case worker about SCAP-SE and ask if you may be referred. We also cannot work with any CalWorks referral if they currently have other employment. If you're with CalWORKs, Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO), El Concilio, Charter House or any other eligible case agency you may ask your case manger about SCAP-SE.
